Hi, I'm Jingruo Chen, a first-year PhD student in Information Science at Bowers School at Cornell University. I am very fortunate to work with Susan Fussell at the Communication & Collaborative Technology Lab and Brooke Duffy at the Creators and Platform Labor Working Group.

Before coming to Cornell, I majored in Quantitative Social Analysis while minoring in Psychological and Behavioral Science at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I was very fortunate to work with Melody Chao and Soljee Lee on organizational psychology.
